Open Creative Space
Open Creative Space is a cultural initiative that combines a physical creative space with an online platform for collaborative musical and interdisciplinary work. The project creates an open environment where children, youth, internally displaced persons, veterans, and local residents can meet, rehearse, experiment, and create collaborative cultural projects free of charge.
The project aims to promote cultural participation, social interaction, and integration through creativity in partnership with an organization from a Creative Europe country.
Main goal
The creation of a sustainable cultural infrastructure that:
- Provides access to cultural activities for internally displaced persons, veterans, and the local community
- Promotes integration through shared creative activities
- Promotes international cultural cooperation
- Fosters long-term ties between Ukraine and the countries of Creative Europe
Key Activities
- Regular open rehearsals and creative sessions
- Collaborative labs in music, sound, and interdisciplinary practices
- Public presentations of work results
- Free and open access for participants
- Website development and maintenance
- Process documentation (text, photos, audio, video)
- Calendar of events and public archive of materials
- Online access for European partners and the professional community

International Cooperation
The project is being implemented in partnership with an organization from a European Union country. The partner is involved in:
- Joint laboratory programming
- Online exchanges of best practices
- Joint public events
- Promoting Intercultural Dialogue

Expected results
- An active open cultural space
- Participation of at least 40–60 people in offline activities
- Launch and regular updates of the project website
- A public digital archive (containing at least 50 items)
- 4–6 public events, both in-person and online
- New international partnerships
Durability and long-term effectiveness
The physical space will continue to operate after the project is completed. The online platform will ensure the preservation of and open access to the results, allowing the findings to be utilized in future cultural and educational initiatives.
The project is being implemented in accordance with the principles of environmental responsibility: resource reuse, digital documentation, and minimization of material costs.

The project is being implemented by a Ukrainian organization in collaboration with a partner from a Creative Europe country as part of an international cultural cooperation initiative based on equality, joint programming, and the exchange of expertise.
