The Caridad-Dnipro Charitable Foundation was established on February 20, 2024, with the aim of providing assistance to various groups of people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as supporting animals and developing cultural initiatives in the context of humanitarian crises.
The Foundation operates in Ukraine and abroad, responding to humanitarian, social, cultural, and emergency needs arising from war and other crisis situations.

Areas of Activity
The activities of the CARIDAD-DNIPRO Charitable Foundation are focused on:
- Assisting internally displaced persons, pensioners, large families, and other vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities
- Supporting orphanages and social welfare institutions
- Supporting animal shelters, as well as helping stray and injured animals
- Providing legal assistance
- Implementing cultural and educational projects aimed at supporting communities, preserving cultural identity, and promoting cultural dialogue
- Providing assistance to other categories of people in need, both in Ukraine and abroad
Our Humanitarian Principles
The Foundation operates with the aim of reducing human suffering, protecting life, dignity, and fundamental human rights, and promoting humane treatment of animals.
Assistance is provided solely on the basis of the actual needs of affected individuals and organisations, without discrimination of any kind.
The Foundation maintains autonomy in its decision-making and is not influenced by political, military, or economic interests.
The Foundation ensures the responsible use of charitable resources and is committed to openness in its activities towards beneficiaries, partners, and society.
Our Main Directions
1. Assistance to Vulnerable Groups
Providing social and humanitarian support to persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, pensioners, large families, and other vulnerable groups.
Assistance may include:
- Medications
- Food products
- Solid fuel for heating (firewood, pellets)
- Drinking water
- Clothing and essential items
2. Support for Those Affected by the War in Ukraine
Charitable activities aimed at assisting Ukrainian citizens and their families affected by the war, including humanitarian, social, legal, and rehabilitation support.
3. Animal Assistance
Supporting animal shelters and helping stray and injured animals, including:
- Providing food supplies
- Veterinary care
- Medications and care supplies
- Evacuation and temporary shelter in emergency situations
4. Cultural and Educational Projects
The Foundation implements cultural initiatives aimed at:
- Supporting Ukrainian artists, cultural figures, and local communities
- Organising cultural, educational, and interdisciplinary events
- Preserving and developing Ukrainian culture during the war and post-war recovery
- Documenting cultural practices and collaborative creativity
- Promoting cultural exchange and international cooperation
5. Rebuilding Ukraine
Supporting initiatives aimed at the social, humanitarian, and cultural recovery of Ukraine, strengthening communities, and building a safe and dignified future for its citizens.
