Medical care is one of the areas of regulation for the most vulnerable categories of the population, especially in times of war and crisis.
War, economic instability and destruction have meant that many people cannot afford to pay for necessary treatment or consultations.
Internally displaced persons (IDPs), the elderly, large families and low-income citizens are among those who face difficulties in accessing quality health care.
Many people who are elderly or have chronic diseases need regular counseling, diagnosis and prevention of diseases. For pensioners, IDPs and low-income families, access to these services is often limited.
The Caridad-Dnipro Charitable Foundation is actively involved in solving this problem by providing financial assistance in the field of medical care to those who are in the greatest need. We guarantee access to affordable services for those categories of citizens who, due to various circumstances, cannot pay for treatment on their own.
